If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please return it in its
original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund in
the original tender less service and delivery charges.
Returns with the original purchase receipt or packing slip will be refunded or
exchanged in the original tender less service and delivery charges.
Returns with a gift receipt, will be exchanged or refunded for the value
indicated on the gift receipt in the form of a merchandise credit less service
and delivery charges.
Returns without the original purchase receipt or packing slip, including gift
certificate purchases, will be exchanged or refunded at the current selling
price less service and delivery charges in the form of a merchandise credit.
If You Have Your Invoice/Packing
Slip
Please write the reason for your
return on your Invoice/Packing Slip indicating the desired
resolution. Be sure to keep a copy of the Invoice/Packing Slip for your records.
Include the bottom portion in the box with your return shipment. Please
pack everything in it's original packaging. If the box is damaged, please
use a new box.

Billing address
Your daytime telephone number
Order Number or date of order placement
Item Number and brief Description
Reason for the return
Action to be taken - replace, exchange, credit or refund in original tender
Ship To address if different from the Bill To

To Return a Large Item
Oversize items that required special shipping will need similar return shipping.
